"Jazzy"
Apricot Schnoodle
2015 Pup
Hi Melissa!
Jazzy just had her fourth birthday on Jan 13 and we just celebrated her gotcha day in early March. I just thought I’d send you a series of photos to see how far she’s come. What you see in the below pics I like to call the many faces ... and haircuts... of Jazzy. She’s still a little thing — topping out at 7.5-8 lbs (depending on the hair... lol), but she has a big heart! Jazzy is a beautiful member of the family. Our boys adore her and she follows me everywhere. She loves her toys, playing fetch, going for walks, performing tricks, and laying in my lap. We still crate her at night and she has grown accustomed to her kennel. She enjoys her alone time as well as her cuddle time. Her favorite mischief to get into is dirty socks! She loves dirty socks! Why? I may never understand but she stands waiting, wagging her tail as anyone removes their socks. She happily grabs both in her mouth and trots away with her prize.
Thank you for breeding such beautiful dogs. We just love Jazzy and can’t imagine a more perfect dog for our family.
All the best,
Sarah M

Look at that adorable face. She has the most gorgeous eyes, always full of expression. She is so smart, graduated at the top of her puppy class. They were amazed how quickly she picked up everything. We are on our way to becoming an AKC certified Canine Good Citizen. We could not be more in love with a puppy. She loves being outside, romping through the woods, playing in any water that we turn on and also playing with her cousin Ellie. Thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of the Lyons Pawz family!! We will be back. After we complete our certification, if you ever have an older dog to re-home I would love to be considered. Happy 4th to you and your family. Fondly...Kay |
"Khaleesi"
White Chocolate Schnoodle
Melissa,
Thought you would like to see how our baby is doing. Khaleesi, our white chocolate schnoodle is now 20 pounds 2 oz. ( Melissa you did a great job predicting her size, 20 pound was exactly what we wanted!) She has green eyes and an amazingly soft , thick white coat, with a very soft wave. ( so much easier to brush than my 5 previous poodles' tight curl AND No ugly tear stains around her eyes either! ) Everyone comments how gorgeous she is.
She has quite the lovable, sweet , energetic personality. Every time we walk in the room she greats us as if we've been gone for years. She loves to lick our faces. She was a little stubborn potty training, but within a couple months she mastered the potty bells perfectly. At first she thought it was a game. And rang them constantly..lol. She really loves watching TV, especially action shows or shows with animals or children. It is the funniest thing to see her get so excited with the shows.
Khaleesi adores her big brother. She loves to kiss him and steal his treats. Billy, our older black lab rescue , loves her too and is very patient with her puppy playfulness. She does like to chew, and gets so excited when we bring home a new chew toy. After the first couple nights home with us she began sleeping through the night without a peep!
Khaleesi has been an amazingly wonderful addition to our family. She is so darn cute. We love her so much.
Thank you Melissa for our baby, Khaleesi,
Karen and Tadd H

"Teddy"
Schnoodle
Hi Melissa! We love our Teddy more each day. We laugh because when we came to pick out our puppy Fall ‘16 (Teddy was born July 3, 3016), you said “Oh, he’s a confident fella.” You were so right as he makes us laugh with his silly antics (his middle name is Rascal). (Check out the photo where he stuck his head in my yogurt cup when I left the room.)We recently went to the beach and he was in heaven running with my daughter’s dog. He flys with me to NYC where the plane, bus, and metro don’t faze him at all. (He is classified as an ESA so he goes many places with me.) I’ve included some pictures and the one his vet’s office listed on their Facebook page comparing Teddy to his doctor is sure to make you laugh.
Have a great day!

Chocolate Schnoodle
Hello Melissa!
This is Noodle and the Cottrell's checking in. Noodle has become quite the sport's dog since you saw Foxy and Tanner's cute little chocolate schnoodle leave your house in 2015. She will be 2yrs old Aug 26th. She's currently taking classes in agility and training to join a Flyball team. In her spare time, Noodle runs 100yd Fast CATs and has her first title in that sport. Today she ran in her first 600yd CAT and she was awesome. I am sending a video so you can see our little girl doing what she loves to do, run.
In the fall Brylin Obedience and Specialty School (BOSS) is putting in an indoor pool for dock diving and swimming for the dogs. Noodle loves her kiddie pool here at home so I'm sure she will love swimming in the big pool. She has her life jacket already. Since she is so active I am sure the water will be therapeutic and BOSS is making it mandatory for the Flyball team to do a swimming workout each week.
Many folks keep asking me at events where we got our schnoodle. Of course I sing your praises and give them your website. At TRIAD DOG GAMES a family approached me about Noodle because they needed a service dog for their adult daughter who is in a wheelchair. They said a dog like Noodle would be the perfect size. I gave them your info.
Grateful to you for our Noodle,
Dianne and Phil
Hi Melissa! It's Noodle and The Cottrell's checking in again. She is now 2yrs 7mos. This is her second flyball title and she is still considered a newbie just learning the game. We spent last weekend in Blacksburg Va at a tournament.
Noodle still loves to run and race. As you can see her color has changed radically from dark dark chocolate brown to a silvery mocha. There is a lot of Foxy in this little girl. Her weight remains about 14 1/2lbs and she measures 15 inches at her withers. She is still jumping 16" in agility but that is only because that is what she is comfortable jumping. Her competition jump would be much lower.
Besides flyball, Noodle is doing CAT (Lure coursing), Fast CAT and I have just started her in Scentwork classes. It is wonderful to have a dog that can accept so many different activities and still be a cuddle bug. She is a hit at the dog parks because she is non-reactive and a friend to other dogs who are willing to accept her. I am not saying she is not protective though. Lately she has decided people and dogs should not walk past our home. Noodle is all BARK but we are now playing the Watch It and Treat game to break her of the barking.
Noodle loves camping at the beach and I think she would love to live there so she could chase the egrets and plovers.
We are still very thankful to your breeding program for our little Ninja Noodle.

"Charlie"
Chocolate Merle Schnoodle
Hi
Melissa! I was just thinking of you today on Charlie's first birthday.
He is doing beautifully, and is all that we had hoped for and more. He's
smart, obedient, friendly, healthy, and highly social with other dogs
and people. He's a big boy: 20 pounds at last check, but not
overweight....just long and tall. He's a nice sturdy dog for our busy
household!
Thank you again for your role in bringing him into the world. I hope things are going well for you, and I wish you and your family a very happy Thanksgiving. Please give Cha Cha and Kobe some extra love today from their son.
All the best,
Kristi

"Nehi''
Chocolate Merle Schnoodle
Hi Melissa today was Nehi's first vet appt. and as you should know she was the talk of the office!! everyone wanted to snuggle her and just raved about how beautiful she is.
We are so enjoying Nehi! She is the star of the house and when we go out too! She is doing really well in puppy training classes. I gave spoiled her rotten too! She is pretty tall, 8 lbs almost 5 months old.
Everywhere we go( hobby lobby, marshalls, lowes hardware) people ask us what type of puppy, where did you get her etc. I have given your email out to over 10 people already. Most recently my coworker Tamy Woods will be in contact with you regarding being added to the waitlist.
At any rate, We can not tell you thank you enough for giving us this sweet puppy baby who brings us so much joy and happiness.

"Rusti"
Schnoodle
Hello Melissa,
Just wanted to share with you that our little Schnoodle, Rusti,(sky and Micky's pup) had his First Birthday yesterday. He has been such an absolute joy for our family. Rusti has such a sweet nature, listens very well and sleeps very well through the night since we brought him home at 8 weeks from you. This is a dog who loves kids, and enjoys the company of any kid that he sees. My two daughters cannot get enough of him and thinks he is the cutest and the smartest dog anyone could ever have! Thank you so much for such a great, adorable puppy. Hope all is well with you and your family! Kind regards! |
"Toby"
Poodle
Hi, Melissa,
I want to give you an update on one of Butter's puppies born 4/12/16 - his first birthday is tomorrow! I named him Toby, and he's just the best dog I could imagine. He's VERY sweet, friendly, and exuberant. We still go to weekly puppy class for small dogs, and the teachers think he's doing very well. In the class the dogs get to romp and play a bit before beginning "work" and that seems a good fit for him. He does very well with being touched and handled - your touching techniques from birth have really served us well! The children in my neighborhood just adore him, and he's always delighted to greet them. Thank you again for such a lovely, intelligent, companionable dog. I hope that you, your family, and all your current puppies are doing well and are enjoying the Spring! Best wishes, Donna P |
"Korbie"
Chocolate Merle Parti Schnoodle
Hi Melissa!!! We just thought you might like to see our baby at 5 months... He absolutely LOVES to swim!! If there's water around, he's in it. Sprinklers, baby pool, and, of course the big pool. We're doing puppy classes at PetCo and they're going really well. He can sit, lay down, leave it, stay, etc. We're working on come here and directional commands. We can't imagine our lives without him! He's a big hit in our neighborhood and everywhere we go, if I'm honest:-) But, maybe I'm biased! Thank you so much! Dia and Lee |

"Sadie"
Red Schnoodle
Hi Melissa, I just wanted to update you on Sadie. She is just a wonderful puppy! She is the light of our lives. When I take her to the market, or pet store, she is an absolute magnet. Everybody adores her. She is doing so well. I've sent you a link to 2 videos (excuse my video skills). One of them is me training her on using the "pet chime" to go outside and potty. She initially sniffs and licks, but at the end a definite purposeful ring! She now is completely house trained and rings her bell to go out! So, thank you for breeding such a wonderful puppy! Best of luck to you in your breeding program. Nancy |

i Melissa,
I couldn't let the day pass without writing to you. Sadie turns 1 today and is doing great. She weighs 10.7 lbs, and is just a delight. All the puppy socialization I did with her has paid off. Last Sunday I took her to the neighborhood "Pup Crawl". There were 800 people who registered, so lots of dogs, big and small, kids and adults. She is so good with them all. She isn't intimidated by big dogs, and is great with kids. The local chili parlor was giving the dogs hot dogs, and our local ice cream maker scoops of vanilla with dog sprinkles; she had a ball.
It is hard to express how a dog changes your life; she has fit right into our home and is loved by everyone she meets. When I take her on a walk, she is like a magnet, everyone wants to pet and hug her.
So thank you again for your fine breeding. And big hugs to Bitty Bear and Razz.

Melissa,
I have been planning on sending you a picture of Sadie so here she is. She is a wonderful puppy who is full of life and curiosity. The only thing she is afraid of is butterflies, LOL. She is wonderful with everyone and has decided that the world must love her and properly acknowledge her when then come to visit. This picture was taken after her hair started to grow back after a bad hair day cut. She was so mad with my daughter after the cut that she would not interact with her for a couple of days. We changed groomers and she is much happier.. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy one of Cha Cha and Kobe's babies. Debra |

"Remi"
Schnoodle
Hi Melissa,
It was so nice to meet you. I love your approach to breeding and care for pets. You're awesome! Remi took to the car ride home as I do to chocolate, loved it! He let me know when he needed a potty stop, he fussed just a bit. The first night in the hotel he slept thru the night. The 2nd night at Sherrie's in Des Moines same thing slept thru the night. Remi has slept thru the night since arriving home. You have no idea how happy that makes me. He has adjusted so well. Drew is my co-trainer so I had Drew sleep in a t-shirt for 2 nights and sleep with a couple stuff toys. I put those items along with the blanket you provided in the travel kennel. Remi loves to be with Drew. Mission accomplished! This is Remi using PetChatz the 1st week in July. He caught on so fast.
You can see he is growing. He is so much fun and easy to train. Once school starts Remi and Betsy will be home alone. I'll be using PetChatz everyday. It also disperses a calming essential oil that helps with separation anxiety. This is Remi leaning PawCall the end of July. |

Apricot Parti Schnoodle
Dear Melissa,
We picked up little Mosley on April 1st, 2015 and within minutes he stole our hearts. He has so much personality that we have to remind ourselves from time-to-time that he really is a dog. Stacy is particularly endeared by the fact that he loves to curl up and cuddle in her arms early in the morning and late at night! He is proficient at a whole host of tricks and can snag food, balls and Frisbees out of the air with ease. He is very healthy and has a wonderfully soft coat. It's hard to imagine what life was like before he became such a integral part of our family. Thank you for getting Mosley off to such a great beginning! Fondly, Stacy and Rendon |

Melissa,
It has almost been a year since our little chocolate Noodle Schnoodle girl was born to Foxy and Tanner. She will be a year old on 8/26/16. Noodle has just started Puppy Agility at the Brylin Obedience Specialty School (BOSS) in King NC. She was cautious her first class but the second class was all GO. She is a daring little girl with a conformation that the instructor keeps raving about. What a joy she is to our family!
I am trying to figure out how to send some Noodle pictures to you but they will not attach to this email. Our little girl is not quite the chocolate pup we brought home, but is actually more beautiful. I would love to drop by with her one day so you can see her. I think you would be very proud of Foxy and Tanner's girl.
Thank you!!!!

"Bailey"
Parti Schnoodle
Hi Melissa,
I've been meaning to write to you for over a year now to thank you and tell you how happy I am with Bailey, who was the smallest pup from Pixie and Bentley's litter in January 2014. Bailey is an all around awesome dog and he's the most playful little dog around. He loves attention and gets plenty of it. I've had multiple people stop their cars to ask me about him, and I've referred several people to you. Thought you might want to see some of my favorite pictures of him over the years.
Thanks,
Elise

Chocolate Merle Schnoodle
Good Morning Melissa,
I think of you often and visit your website frequently to see if there are any new postings of pups. I noticed, and I am quite flattered, that you attached a photo of Yassi and her sisters along with Doug, her brother, on your home page. Yassi has been an absolute pleasure since we picked her up at your home when she was 2 months old. She will be a year next week and has maxed out at 11 lbs. (perfect size) as I take her everywhere I possibly can. Yas is extremely smart and was house broken in no time. I actually taught her to ring a desk bell when she has to go “potty”.
By the look of your waiting list, it seems you have a busy year ahead of you. When you are GOOD at what you do, word gets out!!! I’ve attached a few photos of Yassi that I recently took. Hope you enjoy them. By the way, Yas likes to help me with the laundry.
Hope you and your family are well and thanks again for such a wonderful little fur angel.
Regards,
Louise
Yassi loves to go for golf cart rides, especially since she received her new designer sunglasses as a present (among other toys and goodies). I can not begin to tell you how much joy she has brought into our lives and we cherish everyday she is with us.
Thank you again for bringing Yassi into the world so we could share our lives together.

I just wanted to send you an email to tell you how great our little Schnoodle is doing. He loves to eat, and at his 4 month Vet visit he was just over 7 pounds. I was pretty amazed at how much he had grown since he started out so small. We love him lots and he gets along great with our golden retrievers. He loves every person that he meets and of course everyone can't get over how cute he is. He's such a sweet puppy and lots of fun. He was your Mister Lonely in January but we named him Kuechly. Here's our latest picture of him at about 4 months. Thanks again Natalie and Kaitlin |

Charlie (Cha Cha's pup) is such a joy! We named him after Charlie and the chocolate factory, only to realize later than his grandfather was Prince Charles. It must have been meant to be.
We couldn't be happier with Charlie. He is very smart and has learned a lot of commands already. We're working on learning how to heel, which is remarkable given the fact that even two months ago he wouldn't even walk to the end of the block. Anytime he saw or heard something new, he would sit down. It was very cute, but I'm glad we are past that now. Now he only sits if he sees another dog approaching from the opposite direction. People assume that I've trained him to do that, when it really was something that he came up with himself! He loves other dogs and we regularly have play-dates with some other puppies we've met through puppy classes. Next week we will try the dog park for the first time.
Thank you again for taking such good care of Charlie for his first 8 weeks, and for bringing him into the world and into our lives! We will always be grateful.
All the best,
Kristi

Hey Melissa!
Just wanted to send you a quick update on my sweet puppy Scarlett. She turns 6 months this week and we just love her so much! She is the smartest puppy and has not had any accidents since the 1st week we brought her home. She learned to ring a bell whenever she has to go potty! She also gets along amazingly with her brothers Teddy the Pomeranian, and Bear the German Shepard. She can't get enough of them and doesn't leave there side. We are thinking of getting her into agility training because she is so agile and cannot get enough of fetching her tennis balls! Just wanted to thank you again.

Hello Melissa, Misty and I wanted to give you an update (I named her Misty) and she is doing wonderful! She’s growing and she’s happy. We love her so much. She is the best thing that has come to my family. She’s super spoiled and she’s doing very well with training. There is hardly ever an accident in the house; misty is such a good girl. She has been to the vet 2 times for shots and her next visit is March 10. I have her on a paw plan (great coverage) and she has a wonderful doctor. They adore her and so does the entire neighborhood! We love her. We want to send you this picture to show you how beautiful and big she has gotten. Thanks again we love her so much! |

Here is our sweet Doodle. She is so much joy. Everyone thinks she is just beautiful, and of course we agree. She is 7 pounds, and has lost nearly all of her baby teeth. She was spayed before Christmas and I took time off to be with her, she did great. We took her to visit family in Ohio, I have had her legally made my emotional support animal, so she flew with us on our laps. What a precious girl she is. We feel your excellent breeding practices are one of the main reasons she is such a good girl. I have started saving up for her little sister. Wish it was going to be a bit sooner, but as always, timing is so very important.
Thank you again. Hugs and Blessings.

P.S. Rich has allowed Doodle to sleep with us!

I just wanted to give you an update on Chipper! I’ve attached two pictures – one of him lounging in our family room and one with my youngest son, Fred. We are all so happy and in love! He has been a good boy – going out to potty, eating his food, and going into his crate with minimal crying! Monday night was rough but last night he slept through the entire night. I took your advice and put him in our bedroom.
Thank you for everything. We are so pleased with Chipper and absolutely loved meeting you!
Much love,
Lee

Hi Melissa.
I wanted to send you a quick note and update to let you know how much we are enjoying our dog, Rose of Sharon. She is about 10 months old now weighing in at 11.6 lbs. She was born last November from Razz and Porsche's litter. And she is just a fantastic dog! She is loving, kind, and gentle. She doesn't do a lot of barking at all. She's a real lapdog and does great with other dogs and people. She does awesome with our children who are now 8, 5, and 2. She follows us from room to room around the house and loves car rides with the family. She is definitely apart of our family. We get compliments all the time on how great she is and her personality. People love her soft coat and the fact that she doesn't shed or smell like "dog". She is one of the best investments we have ever made. We waited a good two years for her researching and trying to find the best breed to fit our family. And she sure does fit in our family so nicely. There is not a day that goes by that our daughter doesn't thank us for getting our Rose. They say no one is perfect and I guess that goes for dogs too, but she sure is close to it. She has stolen our hearts and we just love her so much. Thank you so much. I just can't say it enough. We pray that God blesses you with an outpouring of his love and favor.

"Izzie"
Schnoodle
Hello Melissa,
My son and daughter in law bought me one of your puppies from Cha Cha's litter. I wanted to tell you how loved she is and we named her Isabelle and call her Izzie. I have had several puppies in my lifetime and this one has been the best. I can tell all the special attention she must have received from you. She was practically already potty trained and she went to door to go out in just few days. The first night we put her in crate beside my bed she whined for couple minutes and went right to sleep. She sleeps all night. We are retired and home with her all the time and we take her with us everywhere we go. We still have a farm in Va. and go up there often and we took her on her first road trip of eight hours and she rode well. Like a baby, sleeps most of the time. But was she ever wound up when we got there and she was out of car. I think I was up to 12:30 a.m. with her before she was ready to go back to sleep. We watched her closely that she ate and drank so her glucose level did not bomb out on us and she was fine. |

Hi Melissa,
Just wanted you to see how awesome our Cash is. We still feel so lucky that he is a part of our family. He is almost 10 months old and 12 pounds. He has been through obedience training and did absolutely amazing (even the trainer said so and he was the only small dog they have had in a while). Everyone that sees him is instantly in love with him. But his personality wins everyone's hearts. Thank you so much for letting us be his family.

"Ernie"
Schnoodle
Hi Melissa,
Thought we would share some "before and after" pictures of Ernie. The first is before, and the next two after, the first haircut yesterday. The groomer said he behaved himself...yeah, right!! Ernie is an absolute delight...healthy (two Vet check-ups and shots), lively, alert, playful and a wonderful companion. Outside potty training and dealing with those needle sharp teeth are still a "work in progress", but progressing well. We had relatives with two small, older dogs visit from Canada last week. Ernie kept them busier and more active that either of them wanted, but everyone survived with no casualties. Hope all is well with you, your family and pets...thank you for giving us Ernie and adding so much joy to our lives. Hugs from Norm, Roxy and licks from Ernie |

Hi Melissa,
I hope you and your family are all doing well.
This is my sweet Mocha (the only female pup from Sky and Mickey's Oct. 2015 litter).
In a couple of weeks she will be 6 months old and she weighs about 9 lbs now. She has brought such joy to me. She has such a sweet personality and is super smart. She was practically potty trained within the first couple of weeks of bringing her home. She loves to play but also loves to snuggle. She is very well behaved and adjusted quickly to her new home. Everyone she meets loves her and comments on how cute she is and what beautiful eyes she has. Mocha gets along well with our cat and my daughter's chorkie. She knows some commands such as come and sit. Mocha is very good with and loves my grandchildren. She makes me and my family so happy and we all love her very much. I am so thankful for finding your web page and you. You are a super terrific breeder.
Thank you for Mocha and all your help.
God Bless,
Cindy

Merle Schnoodle
Hi Melissa,
We wanted to send you some photos of our little schnoodle, Stella! She was one of Sierra and Merlin's puppies born on 1/9/15. You had named her Silvermist.
She's now a little over 11lbs and such a smart girl! She has been such an amazing addition to our family. Everyone thinks she is the cutest dog they've ever seen and we are proud to show her off. She is very friendly, loves giving kisses, cuddling, belly rubs and is starting to get more social with other dogs. She loves to be chased, exploring in the woods behind our house and is very active.
When we brought her home she slept in her crate with no crying! Slept from 10-5 with no trouble. Now she'll sleep until about 7 on the weekends. Crate training overall was a breeze and she has learned to ring a bell on our back door when she needs to go to the bathroom. She is fully housebroken now! She's also learned how to sit, shake, lie down and roll over!
We are so proud and grateful for our little Stella! Attached are some recent photos.
My husband and I are already talking about getting Stella a new friend! We were wondering if you have plans to have a future littler of schnoodle puppies with Sierra and/or Merlin some time next year? Let us know if you do!
Thanks again for such a smart, adorable puppy. We absolutely love her!
Thanks,
Courtney

"Lucy"
Mini Schnoodle
Lucy is an ABSOLUTE delight. She is the sweetest, most wonderful dog in the whole world!
Everyone who meets her falls in love with her, especially my father...who begs to watch her when we travel.
She still plays like a puppy, and can chase a tennis ball or play with her "toys" (more stuffed animals than my children owned) for hours.
She loves to cuddle and is happiest when her entire family is home and together.
Lucy has been a blessing to our family and we are so thankful to you for giving us the opportunity to have her in our lives!
I am attaching a few photos of Lucy with the family.
Because of her gorgeous black coat, she is a tough one to photograph though!
Hope all is well with you!
Sincerely,
Diane K

"Gus"
Silver Miniature Poodle
Hi Melissa,
Less than one week ago we were still waiting for Gus. (He is a namesake for Augustus "Gus" McRay, Texas Ranger of Lonesome Dove fame.)This boy takes our breath away. He has been so perfectly behaved and trained that we say it's almost eerie when you think of what we went through to get here. We can't believe how calm and well mannered he is while having adorable "bursts" of playing. We have not had a single accident. He has taken to his crate like he has been doing it for months. He is so calm and loving and everyone goes crazy over him. He is taking well to leash training and has the most beautiful gait. He really started to catch on on Mother's day when after a day with our family in Ventura, we came back to Santa Barbara and took him to beautiful Alameda Park. He became so proud of himself when he got the hang of the leash. He goes everywhere with us. We have a cross body sling pouch that he loves as he is right on us during errands and outings.
My Steven, never a dog owner before Gus, asks to come back between appointments to make sure Gus gets to go with us whenever possible. He has had such fun shopping for him, wants to rig a bell by the door and teach him how to use it for going out, etc. Gus has breathed new life into him and has him completely wrapped around his paw. Steven is senseless over Gus and I find myself giggling at the sight of them. Gus worships him already and does whatever he can to be pressed up against him. He barks at us when we are in the other room and he wants us all on the couch together. It's hilarious. He has very strong opinions about what he wants and likes. He and Steven have matching silver goatees! We bathed and groomed his face on Sunday and it was a breeze. I filed his nails today with my new Oster nail trimmer and he was fine throughout. I have ordered the cologne you use.
We feel so blessed and want to thank you again for making his purchase and travel such a smooth process. I want you to know that he is already spoiled rotten and running our home and we would not have it any other way.
Thank you again so much.
Blessings,
Noa

"Tierney"
Merle Schnoodle
Hi Melissa--
Tierney is such a little love and is doing very well. She was 5.5 lbs. at the Vet's last week and will be finishing up her shots 5/8. She's adjusted to her schedule well, and my daughter and her 3 year old come every day while I am at work and give her lunch and take her out.
She is quite bright, already understands a lot of words, and learns things very quickly. She's walking well on a leash, ringing bells on the door to go out (although it probably more signifies out-play rather than out-potty), comes when she's called, and can tolerate a short 'wait'. Is still nippy when excited, but is making progress and it is clear she is trying. She's turning the nipping into kissing.
She's very playful and social, definitely not a shy puppy, she has a mind of her own and seems pretty secure. She loves the kids and has made friends with the Schnoodle next door. She starts kindergarten this Wednesday.
I discovered groomers won't take puppies until their shots are completely finished so I had to get creative...I took her to my hairdresser. She quite enjoyed all the women fussing over her!
Hope all is well with you!
Betsy
Hi Melissa--
Hope all is well with you and your family.
Tierney continues to do very well. She is a very confident and social little girl. She gets along well with all the kids and loves to play with other dogs. She's finished her first three obedience classes and we are taking a break until the Spring. Until then she is quite content to enjoy the snow up here.
I've attached pictures from the last few holidays. She went Trick or Treating with the kids, visited with Santa at her Daycare, and had a friend make her special cupcakes for her birthday party.
My best to you all!
Betsy
P.S. She has the most amazing long eyelashes! And a lot of people have remarked on her beautiful coloring!

Melissa,
Just wanted to send you these pics of our sweet Bentley!! Christmas Eve will be 1 official year since we brought home our baby and we have had the best year with him. He has grown into such a sweet, playful and cuddly boy. Very smart!! He has survived all 3 of his little mommies constant affections :) and I think this has made him quite the patient pup. HA! He has the schnauzer cut (like his puppy cousins with in the family), but grows the most handsome white skirt during the winter.
We adore our Bentley and just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for the BEST CHRISTMAS gift ever last year!
Sincerely,
Candace and Jacob

Dear Melissa,
I hope you are doing well and you and all your puppies are keeping warm. Sorry I haven't written sooner about our puppy Maggie. She was born On May 20, 2014 and we picked her up this past summer. She has been such a Joy and a blessing to our family. We must say she has been the best, smartest, and most loving puppy that we have had over the years. We are thinking about another one or a poodle. Thank you for providing us with our precious baby girl. Have a wonderful day and as you can see from the picture. Maggie is having a great life. Respectfully, Lisa |
"Reesie"
Chocolate Merle Schnoodle
My name is Reesie Peanut Buttercup, and I am a very spoiled four month old Schnoodle. I currently live in Greenville, North Carolina. I enjoy playing fetch with my yellow ball, and playing with all my wonderful, cute toys. I go to work every day with my daddy to learn new tricks, and to learn social skills so I can be around people. I caught on to potty training with no issues; I bark when I need to potty. Guess what? I have learned to sit, stay, and lie down. Another trick - I know some of my toys by their name, and will go inside my toy box to fetch one of them. My mommy taught me when she says the words “are you hungry” I bark to let her know and spin in a circle, and I sit by my bowl patiently for my goodies. I love to run free in the grass! Mommy doesn’t like when I grab sticks and run, but I can out run my mommy. Ha….Ha…. I am a super smart little girl.
Now for a serious note – Thank you guys for the beautiful addition to our family. We love Reesie to pieces. You are the best breeder I’ve come across, and very knowledgeable to boot. I will keep you updated on Reesie, as she continues to grow into a beautiful young lady.

Hi Melissa,
The Cade family would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas. Oh... oops! Reesie would like to say something Ruff, Ruff... Ms. Melissa. I sure hope Santa is good to you this year and brings you lots of gifts, and remember you better not pout. Our beautiful Reesie is doing great. By the way, I am a Veterans Day baby and I was 2 years old on November 11, 2016. I also weigh 9.7 pounds. I am a very petite but feisty Schnoodle. I guard my mommy with a powerful and mighty bark. Reesie wanted you to have this cute Christmas picture for 2016. Reesie said please post my new picture. :-) Merry Christmas! |

He is wonderful and loves our family just as much as we love him - I think :0
Here is the first of several emails with pictures I thought you might enjoy.
Take Care and Merry Christmas!
"Sky"
Parti Poodle
Keeping watch. So very tired after babysitting Belle, our 8 month granddaughter. New birthday toy.
Our grandson insisted that Sky have a birthday. He got two bites of cake. Ha. Sky is great with 7 yr old grandson
Melissa,
We got a parti poodle from you on 9/11/13. He was the last puppy of a litter from Roscoe and Pixie, born 6/27/13. I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you how much we love and have enjoyed this sweet puppy. His name is Sky. His personality is wonderful. He loves our grandchildren, ages 8 months and 7 years old. Sky's personality is perfect for our family. He is a busy dog, sometimes mischievous, and then, the perfect lap dog at other times. His antics can be hilarious. He did get larger than you estimated. Instead of 9 lbs, he is around 15 lbs. We actually are glad that he is a little larger with the grandchildren around. I am attaching a few pictures so that you can see the "fruits of your labor."
I tell Sky all the time that it was his lucky day when he came home with his retired mom and dad! We just love him.
Sincerely,
Nancy Lambert

"Ashland"
Chocoolate Schnoodle
What a beautiful little girl! We could have not ask for a more perfect little girl. Ashland weighs about 9 pds. She is almost 10 mths. She is a so calm and happy! She is a world traveler. We go back and forth between Wilmington and Atlanta 2 to 3 times a Month. She is the perfect size for airplane. She loves her little bag and falls right to sleep. Flight times is only 1 hr.
We play and go for long walk before flight and play with her at airport making traveling fun! In Atlanta she goes to puppy daycare while I am at work. She is very well socialized and you can tell you did a great job starting her out and breeding! She loves being outside and companion for my husband dove hunting and deer. Ashland sits quietly in deer stand with my husband and watches frolicking squirrels while awaiting a deer. Thank you for teaching her to fetch she continues to love fetching and working on catching frisbee in air☺️. Love her curls and would recommend not shaving. Light trim around tooshie and face is perfect. We feed Ashland Primal Frozen raw diet... Venison, Duck, and Pheasant. They also have a very light freeze dried formula for traveling she loves.. Potty training was very quick... We took her out every hr. And lots of love and treats and play when she went potty. Daycare has also really help with no separation issues and socialization and potty training. We did laproscopic to have her ovaries removed and quick recovery time. Ashland is so calm and sweet we are starting training in Spring to be Pet Therapy dog. Ashland will be going to VA hospital mostly to cheer up Vets!! Also because I am an Instructor for Delta airlines also future projects Ashland will be helping in future.. Volunteering, Red Cross, fund raisers , Disaster relief. Thank you thank you Melissa!!! She is so loved and enjoying life! Love, Kirk, Jillene, and Ashland |
"Molly"
Black Schnoodle
Dear Melissa and Family,
Just wanted to let you know that Molly has become a very, very loved member of our family, and we are enjoying her so very much. Since she’s been home we’ve only had a couple of accidents in the house. She is doing very well in her crate at night now since I moved it beside me in the bedroom. Not even a whimper from her at bed time. She sleeps through the night until around six in the morning when I take her out. She goes back in her crate and goes back to sleep until seven thirty. What a GREAT girl. She got great reviews from our Vet, and of course when we take her to the doggie store everyone falls in love with her. Our neighbor is a retired veterinarian, and he just raved about how beautiful and healthy she looks. Molly won him over when she snuggled up to his neck, and whimpered in his ear. Thank you so very, very much for bringing this beautiful puppy into our lives. Everything that you’ve done to prepare her for her new home has made owning a new puppy so much easier for us to continue training her. She loves her new home, and brings joy in abundance to our lives. Thanks Again, and Hugs and Kisses from us and Molly, |
"Lucky"
Black Schnoodle
Well Lucky turned 6 months the other day. It is so hard to believe! He is such a smart and fun dog to have in our family. He is adjusting so well and we all have so much fun with him. Lucky likes to ride in the car. He goes with me to pick up the girls from school, but he especially likes the bank and dry cleaners. (For treats!!) He loves to play especially squeaky toys! He sleeps so well in his crate, the girls take turns having him in their room to sleep. The girls are now wanting a playmate for Lucky, I am not sure I am ready yet, but maybe next year.
Thanks for our sweet boy! Amy, Katie,Lindsey Bergelin |

"Coco"
Black & White Parti Schnoodle
Hi Melissa,
Hope you and all the puppies are doing well in North Carolina. I just wanted to give you an update on the schnoodle we adopted around Christmas (from the Dolly/Rocky litter). We named our little panda look alike Coco. She was just spayed this past Friday (4/25) and is recovering nicely. I will be taking her to the vet on Monday to check her sutures, but so far everything looks good. She is healthy, growing nicely and currently weighs about 6.5 lbs.Coco is the best puppy ever. Besides the fact that she's super cute, she is extremely intelligent, very sweet but with a tiny stubbornness about her. She's not yappy at all, unlike some of the dogs in our building. She loves having us chase her around in the apt, playing tug, and making her plush duck squeak like crazy. Coco has become a true city dog - going for rides on the subway and in the doggy basket on my bike, going shopping on 5th Ave, and frequenting dog parks all over the city. I've attached some photos of Coco and her adventures in NYC (5th Ave near the Empire State Building, on the steps of Metropolitan Museum of Art, in front of the Flatiron Building, new Freedom Tower, the Intrepid, and Central Park). The last one is a comparison of Coco at 8 weeks and 6 months. Thank you so much for raising/breeding such a wonderful puppy. If and when we ever get around to having another dog, we will definitely be coming back to you! Susana & Matt |
"Izzie"
Black & White Parti Schnoodle
My son and daughter in law bought me one of your puppies from cha cha's litter of September 20th. Hilary picked her up on November 29 when they were coming down to Myrtle Beach and she was a gift.
Just wanted to say Thank You again for such a wonderful puppy.

Paisley
Schnoodle
We've had Paisley for two months now, and we are in love. She makes us laugh every day. She's got a spunky, bubbly personality and is so friendly with humans and dogs alike. She's so affectionate and snuggly, and has settled right into our home. She's so smart that she's already learning tricks and has really taken to learning routines and jumping up and down from furniture.
We can't say enough wonderful things about her, and we remain so impressed with the way you raise and love your litters. Your excellent treatment paved the way for her to acclimate so well to our home, and now we don't think either she nor we could imagine her being anywhere else. Thank you!
We've attached some pictures we had taken about a month ago (she's already grown so much!), and we hope you'll enjoy having them. We can't wait to come back to you in a couple years when we're ready to adopt a little boy.
Thanks again,
Corri and Steve

"Oscar"
Phantom Schnoodle
Hi Melissa,
Just a quick note to say hi, and let you know that Oscar is a gem. He is so smart and so sweet. I have been loving him and spoiling him, which will make it hard for me to return to work. He is doing well with all of his training, house training, and commands, sit, stay, down, leave it, and recognizing his name. We have started puppy school, and he has met lots of people and dogs, and is super friendly. He is doing well his crate training, but does not like to travel in the travel crate- yet. Thank you so much for bringing this loving adorable puppy into our lives, we are all enjoying him. |
"Ace"
Hi Melissa!
I wanted to send over recent picture of Ace. He is the best puppy and we love him very much. He is now right at 7 lbs. We plan to have him neutered next month at six months old. He is doing great and is full of energy. He loves being outside chasing birds and leaves. He was very easy to train and has not had any accidents in our home. Thanks you so much for such a wonderful puppy. Sincerely, Angelia |

"Sophie"
Toy Schnoodle
Good Morning!
Sending a quick clip of Sophie after her bath this morning. She is such a delight and so smart....knows how to sit, stay, come and no bark. She loves to run outside and play and LOVES a stick! She travels great in a crate to and from the beach, and thought the beach was awesome.....loved the sand and wasn't at all afraid of the wave noise. Great dog with my grandsons....they are best buds ( we call our youngest Wreck It Ralph and Sophie is his accomplice.....the baby gets Tupperware out of the cabinet and gives it to Sophie and she takes it and piles it in her toy box and comes back for another....it is so cute! .Just to let you know, she gets fixed 1 st week of April.
We just celebrated Sophie's first birthday and she is AWESOME! We all love her so much....she has long little legs and just a sweetie pie! She jumps off the couch but never on. She only "sits" on the carpet. She loves a treat when she potties....every time! She is healthy! She is quirky and funny and loves to snuggle early in the morning! She is a mommy's girl in the day and a Daddy's girl at night! We celebrate her as we come up on the year anniversary of my husbands brain tumor ( you may not remember but we picked her up on the way home from Baptist hospital as my husband had a stoke and the news of a brain tumor on that weekend.) I wasn't sure it was a good idea to accept a puppy looking at brain surgery for my husband, but he insisted saying she was meant to be with us! We did pick her, and we did get surgery...and, she was the perfect medicine for him! That tiny little puppy laid in his lap day after day while he recuperated.....today still choosing him to lie with in the evening! What a wonderful blessing! If I miss her for a second while loading the car to go somewhere, I find her at my neighbors doorstep scratching on the front door. She loves them and they love her and that's where she stays if we go out of town and can't take her ( they let her sleep in the bed with them!). She loves the beach and the ocean, and rides in the bike basket when we cycle ( she even biked with us and rode on the ferry). She is a friend to people, big and small, and other dogs....loves the farmers market! My grandsons best buddy....and our "love bucket" that will fill every day!
You cannot imagine how much joy she has brought to our family and how much love she receives!

As you can see, our little Sophie has surpassed our expectation of being the best breed for us! She has topped out at 7 1/2 lbs....healthy, sweet, quirky little ball of love! She absolutely loves our grandsons....Jackson was sick and she never left his side! What a gift she has been!

Monty & Frida
Mini Schnoodles
Hi Melissa,
I'm one year old now and loving life! I've grown up a bit and Mom and Dad think I'm perfect (well, almost). I'm smart and obey almost all the commands. They get a little frustrated with my eating habits since I'm not hungry every other day. I'd much rather have treats but I get them mostly after I eat real food. I attached some pictures for you to see. I'm turning silver gray and have only a few black hairs left! I spend my days at the dog park and at Mom's store (there's a day care there now and I have lots of fun with my friends). Sometimes I go over to Dad's daughter's house where I play with Buddy and Alex (Dad and Mom's 10 year old grandson). Anyway, I'm trying to talk Dad into getting me a brother or sister. Do you have a new litter of schnoodles this fall? Dad says he'd rather clone me but this would be the next best thing. Best regards,Montgomery "Monty" Christ Second Pup Hi Melissa, We made it home safely and we have been enjoying Frida since we got her. She whined for about 20 minutes in the car and then she adapted like a champ! She and Monty love each other and make me laugh constantly. Frida is absolutely beautiful with a playful and lovable spirit. Thank you so much for giving her to us. She really completes our family. Best regards, Iris |

Hey Melissa!
I cannot believe we have had little Copper for a month now! He is doing so well. He is a very fun-loving and playful puppy. We still have a few little accidents, but overall, house training is going well. We took him to the beach a couple weeks ago and he ate sand the whole time! He is now 4.2lbs - what a bruiser! haha. Hope you are all doing well! Attached are a few pictures of our sweet little guy.
Hey Melissa,
Thomas and I are still loving our little Copper. He is currently 6.8 lbs and has not gotten any bigger. The vet thinks he is full grown! :) He is so sweet, smart, agile and the best cuddler. I am a very proud pet parent. :)
Hi Melissa!!
